What is insured?
- You are insured for 5 years against material, design and production defects in the calendar.
- An insured event occurs if the calendar is damaged due to material, design or production defects and its functionality is thereby impaired.
- In the event of an insurance claim, you will receive, at our discretion, monetary compensation or a replacement calendar of the same type and quality (insurance benefit).
What is not insured?
- Supplied accessories, such as chalk markers and microfiber cloths, are not insured.
- Damage to the calendar that can be repaired by cleaning, such as dirt
- Damage that does not affect the functionality of the calendar. This includes, in particular, scuffs and scratches.
- Damage caused directly or indirectly by external influences. These include, for example: improper installation, moisture, fall and drop damage
- Damage that does not occur directly to the insured device (consequential damage).
What obligations do you have?
- You must report any damage to us immediately, but no later than 14 days after becoming aware of it.
- You must take all possible steps to prevent or minimize the damage and follow our instructions.
- As far as possible, you must provide us with any information that is necessary to determine the insured event, the obligation to provide benefits or the scope of benefits.
When does coverage begin and end?
- Insurance coverage begins on the day of purchase and ends after 5 years.
