2. How we deliver
We deliver free of charge within Germany with GLS, UPS, DHL or DPD of our choice. Self-collection or delivery to a packing station is not possible.
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivered within 5-8 days after sending the order confirmation.
3. How to pay
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard):
When you place your order, you provide your credit card details. Once you have been verified as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged.
PayPal, PayPal Express:
During the ordering process, you will be redirected directly to the PayPal website. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards.
Immediately by Klarna:
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by Sofort and your account will be debited.
Klarna invoice, Klarna installment purchase:
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB, we offer you invoice purchase via Klarna, also as an installment purchase, as a payment option. You will receive the invoice by email. The payment period is 14 days (or in the case of installment purchase according to the payment plan you have chosen) from the dispatch of the goods. Payment is made to Klarna. Please note that invoice is only available to consumers and that the use of this payment method requires a positive credit check. 4. How to order from us
(1) Our offer is binding. By placing your order, you accept our offer to conclude a contract . The contract is concluded when your order is sent to us. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
(2) When you have found the product you want, you can view it in more detail without obligation by clicking on the product name or the product image. You can put the item in the shopping cart by clicking on the button [Add to cart]. You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time without obligation by clicking on the graphic [Shopping cart].
You can remove or change products from the shopping cart by clicking on the selection of the number of items . If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click on the [Checkout now] button on the "Your shopping cart" page.
During the rest of the ordering process, you enter your order details and select the desired payment method. You can also correct input errors by navigating backwards in the browser or canceling the ordering process and starting again from the beginning. To complete the purchase, you must accept our general terms and conditions and send your order to us using the [Order with payment] button .
(3) We save your order, the order data entered and the entire contract text. We will send you an order confirmation by email with all order data and the entire contract text. You also have the option of printing out both the order and the General Terms and Conditions before sending the order to us.
