How do I personalize my calendar?
On every product page you will find several fields for personalization under the product images. There you can enter your desired title and choose the font and wall mount color. Directly below you will see a live preview of your design.
Can I leave titles blank?
Yes, just leave the field blank and the calendar will be printed without this title.

Where is my order?
Delivery usually takes about 5-8 working days. To track your order, click Track your order .
Which parcel service providers do you use?
Our calendars are shipped via GLS or UPS.

My calendar arrived damaged. What can I do?
If a calendar arrives at your home damaged, please send us photos of it to support@wunsch-kalender.de with your order number and we will help you.
Can I still change the design after I have already ordered?
If you change your mind about your design, please contact us within 8 hours of placing your order with your change requests by email to support@wunsch-kalender.de . After that, unfortunately, no changes are possible as we print each design as quickly as possible to ensure that all calendars arrive on time.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to 8 hours after placing your order. To do so, send us an email with your order number to support@wunsch-kalender.de . After that, cancellation is no longer possible, as we print each design as quickly as possible to ensure that all calendars arrive on time.
Can I return my calendar?
All of our calendars are personalized and cannot be reused by other customers. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.
