Unfortunately, emojis, Chinese or Cyrillic characters, and other special characters cannot be printed . If these are selected, they will be shown as spaces or boxes when printed. It is therefore important to only use letters from the Latin alphabet on the keyboard. Umlauts and normal punctuation marks can of course be printed.

If you would still like to have special characters, then write us an email and we will create an extra design for you.

Our ordering process is largely automated and orders are put into production shortly after they are placed. Therefore, the responsibility for spell checking lies with the customer. We do not make any changes afterwards and the goods are printed as shown in the preview after 8 hours.

If you change your mind about your design or notice an error, please contact us within 8 hours of placing your order with your change requests by email to support@wunsch-kalender.de . After that, unfortunately, no changes are possible, as we print each design as quickly as possible to ensure that all calendars arrive on time.

Can the installation be done without drilling?
There are several ways to attach the calendar to the wall without drilling. Our customers have already implemented creative ideas, such as using a rope that is threaded through the holes or attaching the wall brackets by gluing instead of drilling. These methods have proven to be effective and keep the calendar securely on the wall.

We recommend chalk markers for all calendars. Chalk markers are similar to whiteboard pens, but offer better visibility: the ink is not translucent like whiteboard pens. They won't be accidentally wiped away when you run your hand over them and won't leave any stains when you wipe them away. You can also use dry-erase markers.

It is best to clean the calendar with a damp microfiber cloth or another soft cloth without any special cleaning agents.
